The neighborhood community of Westridge is located on the east side of Plymouth off of Larch Lane just south of Rockford Road and north of Old Rockford Road. Westridge is a small townhome community featuring excellent units and a family friendly community. The neighborhood boasts over 100 units with prices ranging from $150,000 to $450,000. Westridge is an excellent community with much to offer including great townhomes for sale, family friendly atmosphere, and convenient location.

Westridge boasts excellent location within close proximity to some of the top shopping, dining, and grocery amenities in the area. Residents of Westridge are served by Independent School District 281 also known as Robbinsdale Public Schools. There are numerous schools within close proximity to Westridge with the closest being Zachary Lane Elementary School. Zachary Lane serves 560 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.5. Zachary Lane provides an excellent educational program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience by fostering a strong partnership between students, teachers, and parents. Other schools in the area include Pilgrim Lane Elementary School, Zachary Lane Elementary School, Robbinsdale Armstrong High School, St. Raphael Catholic School, and The FAIR School.
